Dutch Country Auctions / The Stamp Center Sale - 30

Coin and Currency Sale 30 - August 17, 2023

In addition to examples in almost all series of US coins, our Coin & Currency Sale #30 has a heavier-than-usual concentration in Early Copper, Morgan Dollars, vintage US Gold, and Modern Commemoratives. Among classic rarities, the sale is represented by a 1793 Chain Cent (F2), an 1804 Draped Bust Cent (Fine Details), a 1916 Liberty Standing Quarter (G), plus 1889-CC (VG) & 1893-S (G+) Morgan Dollars. For those interested in ancients, we offer a Macedon gold stater of Alexander the Great NGC-Certified VF with a “5” strike (“2” surface due to use in jewelry.) Worthy of final mention is an interesting error coin and a nice variety of large and small-size paper currency.

The auction will begin at 4:30 PM ET on Thursday, August 17, 2023. Live online bidding will be available via Stamp Auction Network. Absentee bids may also be submitted via Stamp Auction Network, phone, email and fax.

Viewing will be open by appointment only beginning Tuesday, August 1, 2023. Please call or email to schedule an appointment.
