and complete for basic stamps until 1929 all overprinted “SPECIMEN”, 1929 5d., 1930 Tercentenary set and 1931-34 11/2d. and 3d. and subsequent issues to 1946 Victory set perforated “SPECIMEN” and 1948 (Oct. 11) and subsequent K.G.VI issues without
