553 Cameroons. 1941 Vichy issues comprising Air set of eleven, Empire Defence set of three and Petain pair, strips of three (or three singles) of each stamp on five archival pieces, handstamped red "SPECIMEN / COLLECTION / MAURITANIE", all sent as Specimen stamps from Vichy to the U.P.U in Switzerland and distributed by them to member countries, these stamps sent to the Mauritania Post Office.
