Sam Houston Philatelics next auction will close on Wednesday, October 15, 2025 at 1:00 PM, Central Time. The sale contains 815 lots, with material in all price ranges and something for everyone, collectors and dealers alike.
UNITED STATES, There are (169) U.S. lots offered, with several great Classics and 1869 Pictorials; (15) Columbian lots, including a NH $3.00; late 19th Century issues and Banknotes (about a dozen) ,and several early booklet panes, including 1¢
Green, AEF Booklet Pane of 30 (Scott no. 498f). There are (60) various turn-of-the century issues, Washington/Franklins and 1920's issues; and (46) Modern issues (1930 - current), with about (24) Graded issues including two GEM 100 stamps!
COVERS, There is a sparse selection (8) of Commercial covers and First Day ceremony programs.
AIRMAIL AND BACK OF BOOK ISSUES, There are (123) lots; an interesting mix of Air Post, Special Delivery, Postage Dues, Officials, Cut Square stationary, Revenues and a nice selection of Shanghai overprints.
