Pascal & Louis-Edouard Behr are proud to present you their Mail-Auction # 66. Worldwide Internet/Mail Auction - October 1st, 2026.

For this third Mail Bid Sale of the year, we have assembled a particularly rich and diverse catalogue designed to appeal to every type of collector.

From the outstanding Sénéchal postal markings collection and beautifully illustrated covers to modern euro varieties and self-adhesive issues, each section offers its own remarkable discoveries. True to Maison BEHR’s identity, Classic France occupies a central place, featuring an exceptional selection of stamps, blocks, tête-bêche pairs, including a superb Vermilion, together with outstanding covers, and maritime postal history.

The Franco-Prussian War of 1870 is another major highlight of this sale. Collectors will discover an exceptional selection of Balloon Mail covers, including several important new discoveries, among them a very rare Balloon Mail cover addressed to Japan, as well as two remarkable new items from the Paris Commune period.

Collectors of modern philately and specialised material will also find plenty to enjoy, with spectacular varieties, sought-after rarities, as well as numerous affordable stamps and booklets, ensuring that every collector, whatever their budget, can enhance their collection.

We would also like to address our loyal collectors of French Colonies. This section is more limited than usual, not because of a lack of quality material, but simply because this already extensive catalogue required us to make editorial choices. We sincerely apologise and promise to make it up to you in one of our forthcoming sales.

The Rest of the World section remains one of our specialties, with an outstanding selection of Commonwealth material, including several of Great Britain’s greatest philatelic rarities, some of the most celebrated stamps ever issued. Finally, the Zeppelin section is gradually drawing to a close. Many of you have enthusiastically followed this remarkable collection throughout our previous sales, and it is now approaching its conclusion. This may well be one of the last opportunities to acquire some of these increasingly elusive items.
