Olympia 1924/88: Fine collection in 23 albums plus a box, mostly comprising covers and cards, beginning with Czechoslovak postal stationery postcards for the Olympic Congress 1925, Amsterdam 1928, three relay race cards from Berlin, and the IV
Olympic Winter Games in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, continuing through to the 1960s. From about 1960 onwards the material becomes more standardised. The 1948 London Olympic Games are particularly well represented, with FDCs bearing normal sets and blocks

 1851/1951ca: Lot hundreds stanps in primarily used condition incl. United States 1851/1940 well-organised Collection with good representation throughout. on 45 album pages, commencing with imperforate issues
including 1851–56 1 c. and 10 c. types, followed by a useful range of 1857–60 perforated issues and 1861–66 Civil War period with values to 30 c., including various shades and types. 1867 grilled issues represented, with later Bank Note issues
(1870–79) including examples with and without grill, and a representative selection of higher values. 1869 Pictorial issue present (used), together with subsequent issues showing a good spread of denominations. Later issues include 1890–93 series,
1894 Bureau issues with values to 30 c., and a useful showing of Trans-Mississippi 1898 (part set to 50 c.). 1901 Pan-American issue present, and early 20th century definitives including 1902–03 and 1906 imperforates. Parcel Post 1912–13 largely
complete used, together with Parcel Post Dues, and a strong showing of Postage Due issues from 1879 onwards. Later issues include a near-complete 1938 Presidential (“Prexie”) series to $5. Then Austria 1890/1906 Kaiser Franz-Joseph definitives with
perforation and paper interest. In addition Germany / Central Europe – South America Airmail 1933/1951 Collection of cover fronts on c. 53 album pages and two covers, with 1930s airmail correspondence to Argentina, with strong representation of
Germany, Czechoslovakia, Danzig and Poland, together with occasional items from Italy and associated routes. Frankings include mixed and multiple usages, better high-value combinations, and a range of contemporary definitive and airmail issues (Image 1)
