"POSTE KEDEVIE EGIZIANE CAIRO 7 73" repeated alongside, to envelope to Wien, adjacent strike of the straightline "Franca" in italic (payment according to the Austro-Egyptian postal convention in effect from 1868), arrival cds. "WIEN 22 7 73". A fine, correctly franked at 2½ piasters and scarce cover 

1872, 2½ pia. dunkelviolett, farbfrisch, gebunden mit Tagesstempel. "POSTE KEDEVIE EGIZIANE CAIRO 7 73" wiederholt nebengesetzt, auf Briefumschlag nach Wien, daneben Strichschlag "Franca" in kursiv (Bezahlung nach dem ab 1868 geltenden österreichisch-ägyptischen Postabkommen), Tagesstempel. "WIEN 22 7 73". Ein tadelloser, korrekt mit 2½ Piaster frankierter und seltener Brief.
