due stamps #J23,J29, UNABLE TO AFFECT DELIVERY by OCT 18th and due stamps were cancelled with a CHARGE NOT COLLECTED h/s, a new set of dues were added when the fee was paid on OCT 19th, this was one of the last letters using the
