VERY FINE APPEARANCE. AN EXTREMELY RARE EXAMPLE OF THE $2.00 CONVEYANCE PART PERFORATED ISSUE. THIS IS THE FIRST WE HAVE OFFERED SINCE 1996.

We have offered only one other stamp identified as R81b since 1996 -- from the Curtis Collection, which realized $10,500 hammer -- and despite a previous 1996 P.F. certificate as genuine, it subsequently received a negative P.F. certificate.
