393 og Image10c Yellow, Coil (356). Paste-up pair, right stamp was where the paste-up occurred, with plate no. 4944 tab remnant attached to back, vivid color, left stamp lightly hinged despite the most recent certificate calling the pair Mint N.H.

VERY FINE. A RARE PASTE-UP PAIR OF THE 10-CENT PERF 12 HORIZONTAL COIL WITH A PLATE NUMBER ON THE PASTE-UP TAB.

This early coil was stripped into rolls by hand. Paste-ups occurred where one strip was joined with the other.

With 1943 A.P.S., 2004 and 2013 P.S.E. certificates, the latter stating Mint N.H. Scott Retail as normal hinged pair (Image)
