Block of four of each value, tied by "Kigoma 4 JA 18" double-circle datestamps on reused Morogoro provisional cover (inked out) and send registered to Bern, Switzerland, Belgian Congo registry label with "Kigoma" handstamp, London transit and Bern arrival backstamps, stamps with minor toning, otherwise Fine and rare, due to a short supply of stamps prior to Belgian Occupation, covers could be sent to Morogoro for a prepaid handstamp marking that could be used at any post office in German East Africa, this apparently went unused before the Belgian Occupation (Image)
