Nine 1c, six 3c, five 4c, two 5c and two 10c, in singles or strips, making up the seven-times 11c rate, all tied by St. Thomas circular datestamp on 1897 registered cover to Munich, Germany, boxed registry handstamp, several German backstamps, including HAPAG "Aus WestIndien", some minor toning, a few stamps with faults, light vertical file fold not affecting stamps, minor cover edge wear, all of which is not unexpected on a such a large and highly franked cover, a rare cover, reportedly only five exist paying the seven-times rate (Image)
