Dec. 15, 1891" circular datestamp with "Ship 2" handstamp, minor edgewear and slightly reduced at left, stamp with slight soiling, still Very Fine and rare, the recipient's husband served in the Civil War and later as special Treasury Agent for Alaska (Image)
