In four binders, some representation from nearly all Latin American countries including Mexico, though some countries are much more extensive than others, at first blush it may appear to have only modern unused sets, but a more careful review will reveal nuggets of hidden value, such as Brazil two Bull's Eyes and No. 13 used (latter with Sismondo certificate), a couple Argentina varieties, early Dominican Republic, Uruguay No. C1a (two certificates), Mexico No. CO10 (P.F. certificate) and more, due to its uneven nature careful examination is required
