VERY FINE APPEARANCE. A RARE DIETZ & NELSON EXPRESS "PASTE-UP" COVER WITH THE 2-1/2-PENCE DULL ROSE TO LONDON.

This cover was originally pasted to a Wells Fargo cover with U.S. postage. According to Nathan, this express started in 1862 and served the Cariboo Mines, then connected with Wells Fargo at Victoria. This service was eventually sold to Francis Barnard in 1867.
