VERY FINE. A HIGHLY DESRIRABLE AND RARE PLATE BLOCK OF THE 15-MIL ON THICK WHITE PAPER.

Thick white paper was intended to be used only on the 250-mil stamp. A few sheets were inadvertently used on other values. The Bale catalogue states five are known from Group 100.2.
