Revenue Issues, mostly singles but also a few multiples, limited duplication, catalogue values up to $550.00 each, we feel that a vast majority of these have genuine overprints, total of seven certificates accompany plus some are signed, a fair number have interleaving paper or no gum (which is a plus sign for authenticity), much is Fine or better, quite scarce and rarely offered in a collection this size with the total catalogue value exceeding $9,300.00
