Neatly laid out on stockpages in 30 binders, plus two additional stockbooks, nearly all of the value in 20th Century sets and souvenir sheets, includes Western Europe, Eastern Europe, and some Colonies and Occupation issues, includes many key items such as Liechtenstein Vaduz souvenir sheet (Mint N.H.), several area are quite comprehensive, Vatican City contains all of the better sets including the 1934 Provisionals (each signed A. Diena), Belgium with a solid run of Semi-Postal issues, Germany post-war is just about complete (including Berlin and DDR), scattered early used, some countries go a recent as 2001, much Mint N.H., overwhelmingly Fine-Very Fine, a clean collection with excellent retail potential, the collection is not always in chronological order (the souvenir sheets are in the back of each country), therefore it requires more careful viewing than usual
