Nov. 5" circular datestamp on cover to West Yorkshire N.Y. with "The Lightning Trap" mouse trap advertisement depicting the trap throwing a dead rat on a pile with another about to meet his maker, large illustrated enclosure reprinting reviews and explaining how their trap works: "The animal is pierced completely through the head or forward part of the body by at least three knives or pikes, and the upward powerful jerk in a circular manner throws him off, in the same manner an apple would be thrown from the point of a knife by a sudden motion of the hand", stamp with some gum soaks and soiling and cover edge flaws, still a Fine cover, the perfect show-and-tell item for a PETA meeting (Image)
