Supplementary Mail Jul. 10" circular datestamp on buff cover to Wickliffe O., barely reduced at top with small tear, missing part of top flap, still Fine, an extremely scarce single franking paying quadruple the domestic rate and extremely rare with the Chicago Supplementary Mail marking -- unlike New York Supplementary Mail markings indicating late dispatch to steamers, the Chicago version was a handling marking for special railroad schedules to the East -- ex Babcock and Vogel, with note on back "March 21, 1927 Found by J.M.
