FINE. A SCARCE BLOCK OF FOUR OF THE $2.00 1902 ISSUE WTIH THREE MINT NEVER-HINGED STAMPS.

Early Bureau dollar values are scarce as blocks of four and extremely rare in Mint N.H. condition. While this has one hinged stamp, we have to go back to 2002 in Power Search to find a completely Mint N.H. block (Image)

141 bl Image$2.00 Dark Blue (312). Block of 18 in 6 x 3 format, oval registry cancels, deep rich color, natural s.e. at left, five stamps with few trivial creases, rejoined along vertical row of perfs at center, perf separations reinforced between stamps -- all to be expected in a used multiple of this size

VERY FINE APPEARANCE. THIS IS THE LARGEST KNOWN USED MULTIPLE OF THE $2.00 1902 ISSUE.

This is an outstanding exhibition piece with incredible centering for such a large block of the $2.00 1902 Issue.

Scott Retail as three blocks of four and six singles does not give a true indication of its rarity. (Image)

145 bl Image$5.00 Dark Green (313). Block of four with horizontal guideline, nice centering especially on the left pair, deep rich color, neat strikes of oval registry cancel, insignificant tiny thin speck in bottom right stamp

VERY FINE. AN EXCEEDINGLY RARE USED BLOCK OF THE $5.00 1902 ISSUE AND ONE OF THE FINEST EXTANT.

Used blocks of the $5.00 1902 Issue are extremely rare and seldom obtainable in essentially sound condition with decent centering. The block offered here is certainly among the finest extant.
