With 1983, 1999 P.F. and 2006 P.S.E. certificates (OGph, XF-Superb 95; SMQ $9,300.00). Only four have been graded higher (all at 98). Remarkably, since this stamp was graded in 2006, it has stood alone as the only 95 (Image)
