VERY FINE AND CHOICE. AN EXTREMELY RARE UNUSED EXAMPLE OF THE $60.00 "SERIES 1940" STOCK TRANSFER ISSUE. THIS MAY WELL BE THE FINEST IN EXISTENCE.

Virtually all examples of this issue have either cut or perf cancels. We were able to locate four with handstamp cancels only (some are heavily cancelled). This is the sole unused example we were able to locate in our digital records.
