Emergency Postal Service label cancelled by violet "EPS" circular handstamp and tied by red boxed "London Paid" handstamp at top left on large cover to Leipzig, Germany, London Foreign Service 2-1/2p June 13, 1932 circular datestamp below stamp, International Exchange Club handstamp on reverse, stamp with trivial creases at top right and slight gum residue, otherwise Very Fine, a rare use of this label which was in service for only six days from May 22, 1932, typically labels were not attached to the cover and no more than a couple dozen are recorded, stamps were purchased in booklets of five for $1.00 (Mexican) and was partly operated by the Boy Scouts, with 1984 Holcombe certificate (Image)
