(1861)" circular datestamp on locally-addressed buff cover, with original contents including references to "the cause", stamp with internal tear in left margin not affecting design, Very Fine appearance, a scarce example of this issue on a drop-rate cover, approximately 30 covers are known with the 2c Blue (27 in Crown census), including circular rates and drop-rate uses, more than half of the covers have stamps without four margins or faults in the stamp or cover, ex Weill Brothers' Stock, with 1993 P.F. certificate (Image)
