VERY FINE APPEARANCE. A COLORFUL AND RARE FIVE-COLOR FRANKING WITH THE 1869 5-FRANC NAPOLEON III LAUREATE ISSUE ON A REGISTERED COVER TO NEW YORK. A WONDERFUL SHOWPIECE.
