4384   Balance of the Gordon Stimmell Off-Cover Carriers and Locals Collection. Outstanding collection balance neatly arranged in a stock book, the rarest and choicest condition stamps have been removed and are offered individually but what remains covers the full range of companies, both Carriers and Locals, with many better stamps present, Mr. Stimmell's expertise also ensures that the vast majority of these are originals and not reprints or forgeries, mixed condition with flaws to be expected on the better stamps
