A41, rich color, short perf at lower left is insignificant, Fine and rare, discussed but unpriced in Kramer book, which dates this to late 1870's or early 1880's (Image)

III "Special Delivery" franks in 5c, 10c and 12c denominations, also Ty. IV 5c ticket for "Stock Exchange Messenger Service", a few minor flaws, the last item with heart-shaped punch cancel and piece out at left from removal from a booklet (as usual), a Fine and scarce group, we have seen the Ty. IV Stock Exchange frank alone sold at retail for $1,000, although the Kramer pricing guide values the Ty. II and III franks higher than the Ty. IV (Image)
