Five large format items handled by Blood's, two annual reports, one for Union Canal Co. with Blood's Feb. 26, 1856 circular datestamp, other from Indigent Widows' & Single Women's Society, franked with No. 15L18 Henry Clay stamp, Blood's Feb. 22, 1859 circular datestamp, embossed Valentine cover with No. 15L14 and No. 11, large cover with five No. 15L13 (cover badly acidified), finally nice multi-color illustration of "the Bachelor" pitch forked by and slung over the shoulder of the devil, stampless with Blood's City Despatch 2cts. double-circle datestamp, overall mixed condition but an interesting group (Image)
