Feb. 7" with "18-3/4" rate, letter is a note to Blood indicating that his services were being used to forward the letter to the recipient, this is also confirmed by manuscript "the P.M. will please send this to the direction immediately" some edgewear and mathematical pencil notations inside, Fine, Blood did not take over the Philadelphia Despatch Post until 1845 (Image)
