2900   Worldwide Old-Time 19th Century Revenue Collection. Offered intact as received, many hundreds in seven volumes, the collector focused on specific areas, namely Austria, German States, Swiss Locals, Spain and Colonies (Cuba, Philippines and Puerto Rico), Netherlands, Turkey, Iran, and one volume of India Court Fee stamps, plus there is a miscellaneous loose group incl. some on documents, the collector tried to get as many different as he could, so there is virtually no duplication and the variety is excellent, many complete or nearly complete sets, the quality will be mixed of course, but overall in much better condition than typically found on a 19th Century revenue collection, would make a nice basis on which to build, or to add to an existing collection
