EXTREMELY FINE PLATE NUMBER BLOCK OF TEN OF THE 8-CENT PAN-AMERICAN ISSUE.

Bottom plate blocks are particularly desirable as they are the only positions to show both plate numbers. This issue is very scarce with such superb centering (Image)
