Treasury Dept. corner card, four covers with single frankings paying under-500 miles rate, one on June 30, 1862 last day of rate, two others post-June 30 underpaid and so due 5c, pairs incl. one addressed to a C.S.A. Congressman and another from a C.S.A. Congressman, a few minor flaws but overall fresh and Very Fine group showing nice variety (Image)
