The Golden Oak Collection of Superb United States - December 17-18, 2013

The Golden Oak Collection was painstakingly assembled over several decades by a collector who enjoyed studying shades and cancels, but only in the finest condition attainable.

The collection starts with Postmasters' Provisionals and contains a wonder group of 19th Century rarities. The collection switches to unused starting with the 1890 Issue. Twentieth Century is represented by coil singles, pair and line pairs, and there are many high-grade stamps contained in the collection.

Session Two (lots 126-468): Tuesday, December 17th at 1:30 p.m. - 1851-60 Issues thru 1894-98 Bureau Issues
