VERY FINE. THIS IS THE ONLY RECORDED TERRITORIAL USE OF THE 24-CENT 1869 PICTORIAL ISSUE.
The 24c stamp pays the 15c registry fee plus the triple 3c domestic rate. The 1869 Census book records 23 domestic uses of this issue -- this is the only one from a territory. All others were used from states.
