VERY FINE. AN EXTREMELY RARE EXAMPLE OF THE 3-CENT ORANGE BROWN 1851 ISSUE WITH ROULETTES, WHICH MAY BE UNIQUE.

This is the first Orange Brown we have offered with roulettes since keeping computerized records. All of the examples in the Hulme, Wagshal and other significant sales of 3c 1851 collections have been from Scott 11 or 11A.
