VERY FINE. AN ESPECIALLY CHOICE ORIGINAL-GUM EXAMPLE OF THIS RARE PROVISIONAL.

Only 600 of these were produced by the Commander of the ship Vineta. The vast majority were used by the crew to send newspapers home from Pernambuco, reporting celebrations of the Kaiser's birthday. Very few unused copies still exist.
