W.H. Stiles' Regiment (60th Georgia, Gordon's Brigade, Jubal Early's Division, 2nd Corps, Army of Northern Virginia), repaired tear at top left

VERY FINE APPEARANCE. A RARE EXAMPLE OF THE MONTGOMERY, ALABAMA, POSTMASTER'S PROVISIONAL ON A FORWARDED SEMI-OFFICIAL IMPRINT COVER.
