Clear roulette separations at right (approx. gauge 17) and intact roulettes at left, tied by two strikes of "New Market Va. Sep. 19" circular datestamp on adversity cover made from a financial form to Harrisonburg Va., stamp with tiny pinhole, cover with edge tears and staining, Fine appearance, possibly unique on K&B stamps, Harrisonburg roulettes are known used from other towns in the Shenandoah Valley, though New Market is not listed in C.S.A. Catalogue (value $750.00 for on-cover use), with 2007 C.S.A. certificate (Image)
