FINE APPEARANCE. THE 10-CENT PATERSON PRINTED-ON-BOTH-SIDES IS A GREAT RARITY. ONLY TWO EXAMPLES ARE RECORDED.

The only other recorded example, offered in the following lot, has a double impression, one inverted on the reverse. This stamp is pictured in the Dietz 1929 edition (p. 120), and both examples are pictured in the 2012 C.S.A. Catalogue (p. 323).

FINE APPEARANCE. AN EXTREMELY RARE EXAMPLE OF THE 10-CENT PATERSON PRINTED-ON-BOTH-SIDES. ONE OF ONLY TWO EXAMPLES RECORDED AND THE ONLY EXAMPLE WITH A DOUBLE IMPRESSION, ONE INVERTED.

The only other recorded example, offered in the previous lot, has a split inverted impression on the reverse. Both examples are pictured in the 2012 C.S.A. Catalogue (p. 323).
