63   Image5c Red Brown, 10c Black (1, 2). Large margins to barely in at top left of 5c, tied slightly overlapping by blue Philadelphia circular datestamps on piece, 5c light soiling at lower left, 10c tiny crease at bottom right corner not mentioned on accompanying certificate

VERY FINE APPEARANCE. A BEAUTIFUL COMBINATION PIECE WITH THE FIRST GENERAL ISSUE STAMPS OF THE UNITED STATES.
