1721   Dealer Certified Accumulation. Box with more than 130 items including singles and blocks, both used and unused, each on an individual stock card and accompanied by a recent P.S.E. or P.F. certificate (about 25 encapsulated), some graded including several 1940's graded Gem 100, issues range from Columbians to Back-of-Book with a few earlier, most are inexpensive and some are worth less than the cost of the certificate, but a few better as well including 10c 1856 Ty. I (13) 50c Columbian (240), $1.00 Washington-Franklins (342 and 423, latter used graded XF 90), range of condition which improves with later issues and Back-of-Book, an unusual dealer lot with all the work already done as well as a very substantial investment in certificates, our estimate does not reflect that cost, Scott Retail would be misleading as the faulty are worth a small fraction while the later Extremely Fine are worth a premium, as such viewing recommended
