1152   3c 1851 Issue, Plates 1L, 2L, 3, Reconstruction (11A). Complete reconstruction of all 200 positions from the left and right panes of Plates 1L, 2L and 3 -- including the complete group of "Three Rows" spacing and frameline recutting varieties from the left pane of Plate 3, stamps selected for choice appearance with badly cut-in stamps excluded, huge number with clear to full margins, nearly all with handstamp cancels, range of shade varieties, some flaws to be found obviously in such a study, but stamps were selected for eye appeal and no doubt many thousand were rejected in the process of creating this reconstruction, Scott Retail with no premiums for varieties or shades approximately $9,000.00
