Sep. 12" double-circle datestamp on blue 1860 folded cover to Bordeaux, France, New York 12c credit datestamp, boxed "P.D." handstamp and French transit and receiving datestamps, some splitting along folds and age spotting mostly along edges which only slightly affects perfs in a couple places, otherwise Fine, a striking and rare centerline strip on cover, signed Ashbrook who calls it "exceptional" (Image)
