2993 594 image1923, 1¢ green, rotary coil waste (Scott 594), part o.g., desirable example of this major rarity; this 1¢ rotary coil waste issue is among the most difficult issues to find in decent mint condition; as this stamp is almost always found in used condition - this unused example is a true condition rarity deserving placement in a collection of distinction; tiny thin spot at top not mentioned on accompanying certificate, otherwise Fine, only 8 unused examples are known with gum, this being one of the choicest available to collectors, with 1956 P.F. certificate.
