1140 7 image1851, 1¢ blue, type II, plate 3 (Scott 7), o.g., lightly hinged, the finest known example of this extremely scarce mint example of type II from plate 3, an enormous bottom sheet margin single featuring boardwalk margins including portions of adjacent stamps at top and left sides; tremendous plate 3 color of great intensity with full "bloom", as immaculate as the very first day it was printed; a stamp with unique attributes who's equal simply does not exist; a matchless World Class GEM deserving placement in a collection of distinction, Superb, with 2011 P.F. certificate graded Gem-100J, and 2016 P.S.E. certificate graded Gem 100.
