On Scott Specialty pages in three green binders, for early issues the items are mint and/or used (for twentieth century often one example of each) until roughly the 1940s when it becomes exclusively mint; condition is generally better than one finds on this material, including some nice cancels on earlier material; from 1903 on for the regular issues is virtually complete; in fact, only 60 items are needed to have a complete collection of the country's regular issues with individual Scott numbers; this is an ideal collection to build upon the classic material for building a highest level collection; the later material in the 1950s and onwards have some of the nicest early topical items and sets, such as: writers, birds, flowers, plants, wildlife, fish, cats, dogs,horses, insects, butterflies, turtles, sports, paintings, art works, chess, soccer, Olympics, space exploration and achievements, costumes, folk arts and crafts, actors, music; beginning in mid-1980s, it adds Disney and impressive and beautiful sets related to sports, space, famous people, history and the arts, as well as continued treatment of zoology and the animal kingdom; this later material will be of great interest to topical and thematic collectors; semi-postals look to be complete mint except for #416a; airmails are also very extensive, virtually complete, with other back-of-the-book material; the modern era has great depth, and it includes the special numbered limited edition souvenir sheets, perfs and imperfs and other such scarcer material; there is also two pages of Eastern Rumelia, including # 29 ($275); even if you are not going to bid on this collection, you might want to leaf through to see the beautiful range of stamps! generally Fine to Very Fine.
