The Armored Car local was not canceled because Interim locals were not valid on outgoing foreign mail, such mail had to be franked with stamps of the British Mandate. The local is tied, however, due to the rather "smeary" nature of the Tel Aviv postmarks., Fine to Very Fine.

Interim stamps were valid for one week after the issue of Israel's first stamps. The 50m postage on this cover would have paid the express letter rate but would not have covered the 15m registration fee. Nonetheless, it seems to have been handled as a registered express mail.
