2074 o 22 image1857, 1¢ blue, type IIIa (Scott 22), lightly struck black Carrier cancellation, absolutely spectacular example with the most radiant color imaginable printed on bright white paper, an extraordinarily well centered stamp that for some reason only received a grade of XF-90 from PSE, as this stamp is virtually perfectly centered we feel this grade sells this spectacular example of this tough stamp short, and this is a stamp that would really enhance any outstanding collection of GEM quality stamps, Extremely Fine, 2009 P.S.E. certificate graded XF-90 (1 of 23 examples at this grade, with only 15 others currently grading higher).
