Presented in a home-made album with imperforate and perforated regional issues with trident-shaped emblem handstamps, and corresponding to the following types: Kharkov I, Yekaterinoslav, Kiev I, Kiev II, Kiev III, Odessa I, Odessa II & Podolien with many stamps signed "UPV", which is the gold standard in Ukrainian philately. We also noted a stock book filled with many regional issues, including singles and blocks of four, plus some Wrangel Army & Georgia examples. Accompanied by two unusual stamp catalogs; one in German and issued in 1942, other in Ukrainian, and issued in 2011, Fine to Very Fine.
